We totally reject the decisions of the Arab League including unfounded claims against our country at its Ministerial Council in Cairo on 4 March 2020.

Our country has always respected and supported the territorial integrity and political unity of Arab countries, and has taken a constructive attitude for the region not to be dragged into further instability.

Turkey’s efforts in this direction are actually appreciated by the peoples of Arab countries.

The groundless accusations of some Arab League members against our country are, in fact, the result of their futile efforts to conceal their own destructive actions.

It is very well known that certain countries have not only remained indifferent to humanitarian tragedies in some Arab countries, but they have also supported the regimes, the militia leaders, separatist groups and terrorist organizations causing these tragedies.

We invite the Arab League to adopt a positive role in ensuring stability and security in the region instead of acting under the direction of some members assuming a hostile attitude against our country.
